Tessera's DigitalOpticsTM technologies utilize semiconductor processes and equipment to deliver small form factor micro-optics.
With the use of semiconductor manufacturing techniques, such as photolithography, these micro-optics can be fabricated onto both the top and bottom surface of a single wafer. Our production techniques reduce labor-intensive manual assembly by replacing serial manual production with automated parallel processes. In addition, our manufacturing technique is material agnostic, which allows it to be applied to a variety of wafer substrates and drive a wider range of potential applications for our customers.
